YouStudio respects intellectual property rights. If you believe material on youstudio.net infringes your copyright, send a DMCA notice as described below.
1. How to submit a notice
Email or submit via our contact form with subject line DMCA Notice and include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing (URL to the page on youstudio.net).
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
2. Counter-notification
If content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notification with your contact details, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief that removal was a mistake, and consent to local federal court jurisdiction.
3. Repeat infringers
We may disable or terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe copyrights when we become aware of such activity in a clear manner.
